Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced candidates for various permanent positions based in Qatar within the civil and construction sector. Positions available include Gardener, Irrigation Technician, Mason, and Civil Works Helper with a focus on multi-trade maintenance and construction tasks. Candidates must have between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience and be currently residing in Qatar with valid QID.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for a range of tasks depending on their specific role. These include performing gardening and landscaping duties such as watering, pruning, trimming, and planting. Irrigation Technicians will install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems including pipes, valves, and sprinklers. Masons will carry out masonry works such as block laying, plastering, concrete application, tiling, and repairs. Civil Works Helpers will assist skilled workers in various construction and maintenance activities, handling tools and materials to ensure smooth project execution. All roles require strict adherence to safety protocols and maintaining cleanliness on site.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants must hold relevant experience certificates proving previous employment in similar roles. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience is mandatory. Candidates should possess basic technical knowledge related to their trade, including irrigation plumbing and masonry skills where applicable. The ability to work effectively within a team and follow supervisors’ instructions is essential. Valid Qatar ID (QID) and immediate sponsorship transfer capability are required for consideration.
