Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to join our team in Qatar, specializing in the events and exhibitions sector. This role demands expertise in managing on-site operations related to event production, exhibition stand construction, and site installation activities. The successful candidate will coordinate various site crews to ensure project completion within tight schedules while upholding high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily installation and dismantling processes of event and exhibition structures.
• Supervise site personnel including carpenters, painters, helpers, and additional crews.
• Interpret and utilize drawings and measurements accurately to guide work execution.
• Ensure finishing touches meet quality expectations and project specifications.
• Coordinate with teams to maintain smooth workflow and adhere to project deadlines.

Required Skills

• Proven experience specifically within the events and exhibitions industry.
• Strong knowledge of event production and exhibition stand setup.
• Solid understanding of technical drawings and precise measurement implementation.
• Excellent team leadership and communication abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple trades and onsite staff effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous work experience in Qatar is highly desirable. Candidates who are immediately available will be given preference.
