Job Overview

We are urgently seeking skilled Shuttering Carpenters Foremen and General Foremen (Mason Foremen) to join a reputable construction project based in Doha, Qatar. This is a long-term opportunity offering competitive salaries within the range of 2500 to 2800 QAR, plus overtime. The roles demand hands-on leadership and expertise in high-rise building or underground tank construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

As a Foreman, you will oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring all shuttering and masonry tasks are executed efficiently and safely. Leading teams, coordinating work schedules, and maintaining quality standards are critical. You will also be responsible for monitoring progress, managing resources, and complying with project specifications.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of proven GCC or Qatar experience in a relevant foreman role
• Strong background in working with underground tanks or high-rise building projects
• Capability to supervise teams effectively and maintain productivity
• Valid Qatar ID (QID) is mandatory
• Applicants must be Asian nationals currently residing in Qatar

Work Schedule and Benefits

The position requires working 10 hours per day with additional overtime opportunities. The role offers long-term employment, providing job stability in a fast-paced construction environment.
