A reputable residential compound in Qatar is seeking a skilled Building Supervisor to oversee ongoing maintenance, repairs, and general building operations. This full-time role requires a candidate who is currently based in Qatar and has hands-on experience in managing building maintenance teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

The Building Supervisor will be responsible for supervising all site maintenance activities, including air conditioning repairs and general building works. Coordination of maintenance personnel to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to standard is essential. The role also involves monitoring site conditions to promptly identify any issues and reporting them to the management team for timely resolution.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate must have at least two years of experience in maintenance or site supervision, particularly with residential buildings. A good understanding of air conditioning repair, building maintenance practices, and site work supervision is crucial. Candidates must hold a valid Qatar ID (QID) and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to be eligible for this position.
