Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects in accordance with Ashghal standards. This role requires managing resources effectively, ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards, handling timelines, and coordinating with contractors and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Extensive experience in building construction projects.
• Valid UPDA Grade A or B certification is mandatory.
• Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery on Ashghal projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead teams and manage project activities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines.
