We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Draftsman with over 6 years of experience, particularly in the field of firefighting system drawings. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating detailed 3D isometric drawings and possess extensive knowledge of firefighting layouts and standards. This is a contract position based in Qatar for a duration of one year, requiring immediate availability to join.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate 3D isometric drawings related to mechanical and firefighting systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure drawings meet project specifications and comply with safety standards.
• Review and interpret technical documents and design requirements to produce detailed mechanical layouts.
• Make necessary revisions to drawings based on feedback and project updates.
• Ensure all documentation follows industry codes and quality standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in mechanical drafting, focusing on firefighting systems.
• Strong expertise in 3D isometric drawing software and drafting tools.
• Solid understanding of fire protection design standards and practices.
• Ability to interpret complex engineering plans with great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
