Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Foreman/Supervisor to lead a team in Qatar. This role involves overseeing a group of more than 10 HVAC technicians and managing day-to-day operations on site. The position offers a project duration of 6 to 9 months, with the opportunity to start immediately for locally available candidates.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising HVAC teams, ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and safely. You will use the CAFM system to review and close HVAC work requests, prepare Request for Estimates (RFEs), and maintain accurate HVAC documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Proven experience leading a team of 10 or more HVAC technicians
• Proficiency with CAFM systems for managing and tracking HVAC-related work orders
• Strong organizational skills to handle technical documentation and reporting
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with team members and management

Requirements

• Candidates must be currently located in Qatar and available to join immediately
• Experience working on HVAC projects within the civil and construction sector
