We are urgently seeking skilled General Foremen fluent in Arabic to join our civil construction team based in Doha, Qatar. Candidates must be ready to work 10-hour shifts and have a track record of leadership in similar roles.

Key Responsibilities

As a General Foreman, you will oversee daily operations on construction sites, coordinating teams to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards. You will manage resources, monitor progress, and address any challenges that arise during the construction process, guaranteeing projects meet quality and time specifications.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience within Qatar or the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
• Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills in Arabic.
• Proven expertise in managing civil construction tasks and teams.
• Ability to maintain safety and quality compliance on-site.

Requirements

• Valid Qatar Identification (QID) is mandatory.
• Candidates currently residing in Qatar are preferred.
