Key Responsibilities

The Foremen will be responsible for supervising work crews on-site, managing daily operations related to shuttering and steel fixing tasks, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. They will coordinate with project managers to monitor progress and resolve any on-site challenges effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in foreman roles within civil construction, specifically shuttering carpentry or steel fixing
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work on long-term projects with commitment and reliability
• Must be currently located in Qatar to facilitate immediate availability
