Job Overview

We are urgently seeking qualified professionals for two supervisory roles based in Dukhan, Qatar. The positions available are for one Electrical Supervisor and one Civil Supervisor, both requiring expertise in the oil and gas sector alongside possessing Qatar Energy Permit to Work (EPTW) certification.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supervisor for either the electrical or civil discipline, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety standards, coordinating work teams, and maintaining smooth execution of project tasks in line with oil and gas industry requirements. You will also be charged with monitoring quality control, managing resources efficiently, and supporting adherence to Qatar Energy regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the oil and gas sector is essential to succeed in this role.
• Holders must have a valid Qatar Energy Permit to Work (EPTW) certification, demonstrating authorization to manage permit-controlled activities onsite.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively supervise teams and liaise with project stakeholders.
• Proven ability to enforce safety regulations and ensure a secure work environment.

Work Location

The positions are based in Dukhan, Qatar, a hub for significant oil and gas exploration and production activities, providing a challenging and rewarding working environment.
