Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Duct Technician to join our team in Qatar on a permanent basis. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and fabrication of HVAC ducting and ventilation systems, ensuring quality workmanship within project deadlines. Candidates of any nationality with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing ductwork, including supports, hangers, dampers, grilles, and diffusers. You will also perform duct sealing, insulation, and leakage inspections. Collaborating closely with HVAC Foremen and MEP teams, you’ll interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project standards and timelines. Strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and permit-to-work procedures is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in a relevant technical field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Duct Technician.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC duct fabrication and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with installation of supports, insulation, dampers, and various fittings.
• Experience working in Oil & Gas or industrial project environments is preferred.
• Good understanding of HSE standards and safe work practices.
• Physically fit and ready to work in site conditions.
