Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Civil Supervisor with valid Dukhan ePTW certification to join a dynamic project based in Dukhan, Qatar. This position is tailored for local, licensed freelancers with a strong background in civil engineering and hands-on experience in oil and gas plant environments. The role offers a contract duration of 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Supervisor will oversee and coordinate maintenance and construction activities within the oil and gas plant operations. Responsibilities include managing daily work activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, monitoring project progress, and liaising with contractors and site personnel to maintain quality and efficiency standards on site.

Required Skills and Experience

• Hold a valid Dukhan electronic Permit to Work (ePTW).
• Possess 5 to 7 years of relevant civil supervision experience.
• Have at least 3 years of proven experience specifically within oil and gas plant settings.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related fields is required.
• Experience with plant maintenance and construction projects is highly preferred.
• Freelance status with valid Qatar residency (Qatar ID).
• Capability to start immediately.

The role is based at the Dukhan project site in Qatar, providing a challenging environment suited for those with expertise in industrial plant supervision. The initial contract spans 3 to 6 months and may be extended depending on project developments.
