Key Responsibilities

As a Civil Project Manager or Construction Manager, you will oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to execution. Your duties include coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance with Ashghal and QCS regulations, and maintaining high standards of site safety and quality control.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in building construction projects.
• Proven knowledge of Ashghal procedures and QCS standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with local teams and stakeholders.
