Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor based in Qatar to oversee critical projects within the oil and gas sector. The role requires hands-on leadership to manage teams and ensure the smooth execution of construction activities at Mesaieed and Dukhan locations. This is a short-term assignment lasting three months with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Supervisor will lead and coordinate civil engineering operations on site, ensuring compliance with project timelines and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, managing team performance, liaising with stakeholders, and utilizing project management tools to monitor progress and resolve issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Valid QatarEnergy ePTW certification is mandatory for this role.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably with local project exposure.
• Strong leadership capabilities to effectively manage and motivate teams.
• Proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration on site.
• Must hold a valid Qatar ID and be residing locally, available for immediate deployment.

Project Details

The assignment focuses on civil and construction activities within the Oil & Gas sector, specifically at Mesaieed and Dukhan, Qatar. The initial contract is set for three months with a chance for renewal based on project requirements.
