Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Civil Supervisor to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate must possess a valid Qatar driving license and demonstrate a solid background in civil construction supervision. This role requires strong technical knowledge, effective communication skills, and hands-on experience managing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

As a Civil Supervisor, you will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring projects comply with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and meet quality standards. Your responsibilities will include interpreting architectural drawings, coordinating with contractors and workers, and managing safety protocols such as Permit to Work (PTW) systems. You will also track project progress to ensure timely completion while maintaining budget efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid Qatar driving license (Manual) is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 2 to 7 years of experience in civil construction projects with a similar supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS).
• Ability to accurately read architectural and engineering drawings.
• Experience working with PTW (Permit to Work) systems to enforce safety regulations.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is required; proficiency in Arabic is considered an advantage.
