Job Overview

Multiple permanent civil maintenance roles are open for experienced professionals to join a dynamic team in Ras Laffan, Qatar. We are seeking qualified candidates for Site Manager, Civil Engineer, and QA/QC Engineer positions, each requiring a background in civil engineering and relevant maintenance experience specifically within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Site Manager – Civil Maintenance (2 Positions)

• Oversee and manage civil maintenance projects ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Lead on-site teams and coordinate with various resources to maintain smooth project operations.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Civil Engineer – Maintenance (5 Positions)

• Supervise daily civil maintenance activities on site, ensuring safety measures are strictly followed.
• Ensure maintenance operations are carried out efficiently and within scheduled timelines.
• Monitor quality control and compliance with industry regulations.

QA/QC Engineer – Civil (2 Positions)

• Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures for civil maintenance tasks.
• Prepare Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and Method Statements to comply with international standards.
• Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to safety and quality requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory for all roles.
• Site Manager candidates must have at least 15 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial Maintenance environments.
• Engineers and QA/QC Engineers require 8+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in the specified industries.
• Strong project management and leadership skills for Site Managers.
• Proven ability to maintain safety standards and quality compliance during maintenance work.
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and client interaction.
