Job Overview

We are urgently seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to support facility management activities in Rawdath Al Khail. This temporary position offers a competitive salary of QAR 3,400 (all-inclusive) with a work schedule of 9 hours per day, 6 days a week. The initial contract duration is 1 month with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing civil maintenance and repair works within the facility management scope. Duties include supervising site activities, ensuring all tasks are carried out according to drawings and specifications, and coordinating effectively with the team to maintain smooth operations on site.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 3 years of proven experience working as a Civil Foreman in facility management projects.
• Strong background in civil maintenance and repair works.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and overseeing construction or repair tasks onsite.
• Excellent team leadership abilities combined with clear communication skills to guide and motivate workers.
• Possession of a valid Qatar ID (QID) is mandatory.
