We are urgently seeking a skilled Sous Chef specializing in Chinese cuisine to join our dynamic kitchen team in Doha, Qatar. Key Responsibilities

As the Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen activities, ensuring the consistent preparation of high-quality Chinese dishes. Your role includes assisting with menu planning, managing kitchen staff, maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, and helping coordinate smooth kitchen operations during service hours.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Chinese cuisine preparation and kitchen management.
• Deep understanding of traditional and contemporary Chinese cooking methods and ingredients.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and management.
• Familiarity with strict food safety protocols and hygiene regulations.

Requirements

• Valid Qatar ID with a transferable visa.
• Current residency in Qatar is necessary, as applicants must be locally available for immediate onboarding.
