We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialty Barista to join our dynamic team at Doha Port in Qatar. This full-time role is ideal for individuals passionate about crafting exceptional coffee and delivering memorable customer experiences. Candidates with 2 to 3 years of specialty coffee expertise who thrive in fast-paced environments are encouraged to apply immediately.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will prepare high-quality espresso drinks and expertly utilize manual brewing techniques including V60, Chemex, and AeroPress. Maintaining consistency in espresso extraction and dosing will be essential, along with showcasing your skills in latte art. You will uphold strict standards for product quality and presentation while mentoring and supporting junior baristas. Providing outstanding customer service throughout all interactions will be a key part of your daily duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience working as a barista, specializing in specialty coffee preparation
• Advanced skills in espresso-based drinks and manual brewing methods
• Proficiency in dialing in espresso machines and creating intricate latte art
• Comprehensive knowledge of coffee beans, roasting profiles, and brewing processes
• Experience training and guiding junior team members
• Strong communication skills coupled with excellent customer service abilities
• Ability to perform well under pressure and maintain product quality during peak times
• Possession of a valid Food Handler Certificate is mandatory
• Availability for immediate employment is preferred
