Multiple positions are available across various roles including Barista, Roast Master, Waitress, and Hostess. Available Positions and Key Responsibilities

BARISTA (10 Positions)

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee with expertise in different brewing methods.
• Maintain knowledge of coffee roasting techniques, flavor profiling, and equipment calibration.
• Educate customers about coffee origins and preparation styles.
• Deliver excellent customer service while managing a fast-paced work environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

ROAST MASTER (4 Positions)

• Oversee coffee roasting process with deep understanding of bean selection and roasting profiles.
• Perform quality control to ensure product excellence.
• Analyze and resolve roasting process challenges efficiently.
• Work under pressure while maintaining a positive team-oriented approach.

WAITRESS (10 Positions)

• Provide friendly and professional service in a restaurant or café setting.
• Communicate effectively with guests to enhance their dining experience.
• Handle customer requests smoothly, especially during busy periods.
• Maintain a presentable appearance and work collaboratively with the team.

HOSTESS – ARABIC LADIES (4 Positions)

• Serve as the welcoming front face to guests, ensuring a warm and professional reception.
• Use strong interpersonal skills to assist and accommodate visitors courteously.
• Maintain a professional and approachable appearance at all times.
• Adapt to flexible working hours and support team initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid food handling certificate is required for all positions.
• Experience in specialty coffee and roasting techniques highly preferred for Barista and Roast Master roles.
• Previous work experience in hospitality, food service, or related fields is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in busy environments.
• Physically fit, presentable, and demonstrating a positive attitude.
• Preferably candidates holding a Qatar ID or with GCC experience.
• Immediate availability to join is an asset.
