We are currently seeking a skilled Waiter / Barista to join our vibrant team in Qatar’s catering and food service sector. This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in restaurants or cafés, who are passionate about delivering top-notch customer service alongside high-quality beverage preparation.

Key Responsibilities

The Waiter / Barista will be responsible for accurately taking customer orders, preparing coffee and other beverages, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Handling customer inquiries, providing menu recommendations, and maintaining cleanliness and organization are also critical to this role. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while working collaboratively with team members is essential.

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous experience as a waiter, barista, or similar position in the food service industry.
• Good understanding of food and beverage service standards and procedures.
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machine use, and beverage preparation.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are beneficial.
• Strong customer service orientation with a positive, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
• Proficiency in teamwork, multitasking, and interpersonal communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with POS systems and handling cash transactions.
• Certification in food handling is an advantage.
• A background in hospitality or café settings is highly desirable.
