Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Specialty Coffee Barista to join our dynamic team in Qatar. If you have a passion for Nordic-style coffee and enjoy delivering exceptional coffee experiences, this role is an excellent fit. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of barista experience, combined with a strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art.

Key Responsibilities

As a Specialty Coffee Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee beverages using various brewing methods. This includes manual techniques like V60, Chemex, AeroPress, and Kalita, ensuring every cup meets our standards of excellence. You’ll also engage with guests to create memorable experiences through excellent communication and teamwork.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Specialty Coffee Barista
• Proficiency in espresso extraction and milk texturing with a flair for latte art
• Hands-on experience with manual brewing methods such as V60, Chemex, AeroPress, and Kalita
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Currently residing in Qatar with a transferable visa preferred
• Availability for immediate joining is highly desirable
