We are currently seeking a skilled Filipino Cook to join our team in Al Khor, Qatar. The ideal candidate will specialize in preparing traditional Filipino dishes while upholding high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. Key Responsibilities

The Filipino Cook will be responsible for preparing authentic dishes such as Adobo, Sinigang, Kare-Kare, Lechon, and Pancit, following established recipes and quality benchmarks. Responsibilities include ensuring timely food service with consistent taste and appearance, checking ingredients for freshness, maintaining cleanliness in all kitchen areas, and adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations. The cook will also assist in monitoring kitchen inventories, minimizing food waste, and collaborating with the kitchen team and management to improve menu offerings.

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants should have previous experience working as a Filipino Cook or in a similar culinary role, with well-rounded knowledge of traditional Filipino cooking techniques and dishes. Strong understanding of food safety practices is essential. Candidates must be able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, demonstrating effective teamwork and communication abilities. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods during service hours is also required.

Preferred Qualifications

Culinary training or certification related to Filipino cuisine is advantageous. Experience working in restaurants, hotels, catering services, or other Filipino food establishments will be considered a plus.
