Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Barback to assist our bartenders and ensure smooth bar operations in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a vital part in supporting the bar team to deliver excellent service and create memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders throughout daily service to ensure efficiency
• Prepare and replenish beverages, glassware, and essential bar supplies
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
• Maintain readiness of the bar to provide prompt and quality service

Required Skills and Qualities

• Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage settings is advantageous
• Energetic and reliable with a willingness to learn and grow
• Able to thrive under pressure in a busy environment
• Strong team collaboration skills and a positive attitude
