Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Supplier Performance and Compliance Specialist to join our team in Qatar. This role involves overseeing supplier governance, contract management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and Qatar government procurement standards. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in vendor management and compliance audits to support our business objectives and maintain high supplier standards.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring supplier performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), conducting regular compliance and risk assessments, and managing contract adherence. Coordination with internal audit teams and alignment with Qatar government procurement frameworks will also be essential to this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 12 years of professional experience in vendor governance, contract management, compliance, or audit, specifically within the Qatar market.
• Strong understanding of vendor performance evaluation, risk management, and compliance monitoring.
• Familiarity with Qatar Government procurement policies and audit procedures.
• Hands-on experience with ERP or e-Procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent platforms.
• Professional certifications like PMP, CIPS, ITIL, or CIA are highly advantageous.
