Job Overview

We are urgently seeking qualified candidates for multiple warehouse positions based in Qatar. Available roles include Inventory Administrator, Forklift Operator, and Warehouse Helper. These positions require experienced individuals who can contribute to efficient warehouse operations while maintaining safety and accuracy in stock handling.

Inventory Administrator Responsibilities and Qualifications

The Inventory Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing stock movements, and ensuring compliance with warehouse procedures. This role demands close coordination with warehouse staff to verify receipts and deliveries, perform regular stock checks, and promptly report discrepancies.

• Maintain detailed inventory data in ERP or inventory systems.
• Coordinate with team members to validate incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Conduct cycle counts and investigate stock variances.
• Generate inventory reports and assist management with stock summaries.
• Ensure proper labeling and storage of all materials.
• Report damaged or slow-moving stock and assist in corrective measures.

Ideal candidates will hold a Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in warehouse inventory, stock control, or logistics is required. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP software, and warehouse documentation is essential.

Forklift Operator Role and Requirements

The Forklift Operator will manage safe loading, unloading, and internal movement of materials using forklifts while adhering to all operational and safety standards. The role involves daily inspection of equipment and supporting warehouse logistics through efficient pallet and stock handling.

• Operate forklifts to move, stack, and load goods safely.
• Perform pre-use checks and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Transfer items to appropriate storage and loading areas.
• Assist with stock arrangement and order preparation.
• Follow warehouse safety guidelines and traffic routes strictly.
• Immediately report any unsafe conditions or equipment damage.

Applicants should have at least a Diploma or equivalent certification, with a minimum of 3 years of forklift operating experience in warehouse or industrial settings. A valid forklift operator license or recognized certification is mandatory, along with a valid Qatar ID.

Warehouse Helper Duties and Qualifications

The Warehouse Helper will assist in general warehouse tasks such as loading, unloading, stock organization, and maintaining cleanliness. This position supports inventory management activities and ensures the warehouse operates efficiently according to safety standards.

• Assist with material loading, unloading, and movement within the warehouse.
• Stack, label, and store goods securely in designated locations.
• Support stocktaking, packing, and order preparation processes.
• Keep the warehouse tidy and organized at all times.
• Follow supervisor instructions and adhere to safety procedures.
• Report damaged or misplaced goods immediately.

Candidates should have completed secondary education or equivalent and possess 2-3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling. Physical fitness and the ability to safely lift and carry materials are essential. Immediate availability is preferred.
