We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations and drive business growth in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC and a minimum of five years in the field, alongside proven capabilities in leadership and business development. Key Responsibilities

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing and implementing business strategies, and managing team performance. Additional duties include cultivating client relationships, securing new business opportunities, and ensuring project delivery aligns with company standards and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC sector
• Strong leadership qualities with a track record of managing teams effectively
• Proven experience in business development and operational management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A Qatar driving license is preferred to support mobility requirements within the region

Compensation

The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from QAR 10,000 to QAR 15,000, reflecting the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
