BriteConsult is seeking a skilled Debt Collection Specialist to join their team in Doha, Qatar. This role requires a dedicated professional with a strong background in debt recovery and credit control. The ideal candidate will have over five years of relevant experience and a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing overdue payments and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding receivables. Your duties will include:

• Following up consistently on overdue accounts and negotiating payment plans to settle balances.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all collection activities and correspondence.
• Preparing comprehensive collection reports to update management and stakeholders on progress.
• Coordinating communication effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Adhering to company policies as well as compliance with local Qatari regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation skills. The ability to solve problems tactfully and persistently will be crucial. Experience working in a B2B environment or handling corporate collections will be highly advantageous.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience within debt collection, credit control, or accounts receivable.
• Strong understanding of collection procedures and financial regulations applicable in Qatar.
• Proven experience managing corporate client relationships.
