Job Overview

We are seeking seasoned Business Development Managers with a deep understanding of the Qatar market to join a reputable organization. Candidates should bring over 15 years of hands-on experience in business growth and client acquisition, particularly within specialized equipment sectors. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required to qualify for this strategic role.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence and driving new business opportunities. This includes securing B2B clients as well as large-scale projects, actively sourcing and winning commercial or government tenders, and forging partnership agreements with key suppliers to strengthen the company’s portfolio.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Proven success in selling high-value machinery and tools within competitive markets.
• Specialization in at least one of the following sectors: Industrial Machinery, Landscaping/Irrigation/Agricultural Equipment, Facilities Management Equipment, Road and Traffic Management Equipment, or Medical Equipment.

Requirements

Applicants must demonstrate a solid track record of achievements in business development, particularly in environments demanding technical knowledge of machinery and specialized equipment. The ability to navigate complex tender processes and negotiate dealership agreements is essential.
