Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a skilled Demand and Supply Planning Manager to join a reputable organization based in Qatar. This permanent position offers a competitive monthly salary range of QAR 10,000 to 12,000 and requires immediate availability. The role calls for professionals who are experienced in overseeing demand forecasting and inventory management within supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning demand and supply strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels, minimize shortages, and support business goals. Core duties include demand forecasting accuracy, supply planning, coordinating with procurement and production teams, and monitoring inventory turnover rates to maintain a balanced supply chain. Utilization of ERP systems such as SAP for effective planning and reporting is critical for this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of total professional experience.
• At least 5 years in demand and supply planning or similar supply chain functions.
• Proficient in demand forecasting techniques and inventory management best practices.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems.
• Prior work experience in the GCC region will be an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Valid and transferable Qatar ID (QID) is mandatory for consideration.

Work Conditions

The role requires a commitment of 9.5 working hours per day, with weekends observed on Friday and Saturday, providing a balanced workweek for the employee.
