Job Overview

VServe Qatar is actively seeking a Business Services Executive to enhance its dynamic team based in Doha. This role is dedicated to managing government-related processes and providing administrative support within the business services domain.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling Public Relations Officer (PRO) services which include liaison with government departments, preparing and submitting documentation, and ensuring compliance with Qatar’s regulatory requirements. Additionally, the role involves supporting business administration tasks and maintaining effective communication across teams and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience

• Excellent command of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic proficiency in Arabic is preferred to facilitate smoother interactions with government entities
• 1 to 2 years of proven experience in PRO services or related administrative functions
• Familiarity with business service operations, government procedures, and document handling in Qatar
