We are looking for a proactive and experienced Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to join our team in the contracting and manpower supply sector. Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a critical role by identifying business opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction. Main duties include:
- Discover and secure new clients within the contracting and manpower supply markets.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with both prospective and current clients.
- Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, quotations, and service contracts aligned with company standards.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed on industry trends and customer needs.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring deals are closed to meet monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment and operations teams to guarantee timely and efficient service delivery.
- Participate in client meetings, networking forums, and business presentations to enhance company visibility.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance updates to management.
- Focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction that fosters long-term partnerships.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in business development or sales within the contracting and manpower supply industry.
- Solid understanding of the local market landscape and an established client network.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proven success in achieving or surpassing sales objectives.
- Possession of a valid driving license is preferred.
- Capability to work independently while effectively managing pressure and deadlines.
