Job Overview

Nair Systems is seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Consultant to join our Qatar operations, specializing in Core Banking with a focus on the Loan IQ System by Finastra. This role plays a vital part in supporting and implementing banking systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within the financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and developing detailed Business Requirement Specifications. They will also prepare comprehensive test cases that cover all relevant project scopes. Managing the defect lifecycle and providing timely execution status reports are critical to this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or closely related technical fields.
• At least 4 years of experience working in the banking industry focused on system support and implementations, with a minimum of 3 years in IT roles.
• Demonstrated 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience supporting and implementing Fusion Loan IQ System by Finastra.

Additional Qualifications

Proficiency in preparing detailed documentation and executing test scenarios is essential. Candidates should also be adept at tracking and managing the defect lifecycle throughout project phases.
