Job Overview

Nair Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Multinational Corporate (MNC) and Cash Management division within our Qatar operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in transaction banking, cash management, and corporate banking, who can drive business performance and support key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations related to multinational corporate banking and cash management services. Your role includes developing and implementing strategic projects, improving processes, analyzing business performance, and generating insightful management reports to guide decision-making. You will work closely with regional teams to align business analytics and product implementation efforts aimed at enhancing customer solutions such as payments, collections, deposits, and liquidity management.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or a closely related field.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in transaction banking, cash management, corporate banking, treasury services, business analytics, or business analysis roles.
• Proven expertise in business analysis, MIS reporting, strategic initiative execution, process enhancement, or product rollout projects.
• Practical experience with multinational corporate banking and cash management products is highly preferred.
• Skilled in preparing management reports, business cases, dashboards, and conducting performance analysis to support business objectives.
• Knowledge of cash management products including payments, collections, deposits, and liquidity solutions is desirable.
• Previous exposure to regional or international banking environments is considered an advantage.
