Job Overview

Nair Systems is seeking a seasoned Private Banking Business Analyst to join our Qatar operations. This key role requires a professional with deep expertise in private banking, wealth management, and business analysis to drive growth and enhance operational capabilities within our banking division.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support business growth by analyzing assets under management (AUM), investment penetration, client acquisition, and revenue trends. They will develop detailed analytical reports and dashboards to guide management decisions and monitor performance. Identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies will be critical to optimize results and support cost-effective operations.

Collaboration is essential, working alongside Relationship Managers, Product, Investment, Operations, and Technology teams to facilitate business and digital transformation initiatives. This role involves enhancing customer experience by examining client journeys and addressing service gaps with innovative process and digital solutions.

Additionally, the analyst will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and risk controls while managing business requirements for new products, advisory services, and digital wealth platforms. Support will be provided to internal and external audits as needed to maintain high governance standards.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, IT, Accounting, or a related field. A minimum of seven years’ experience in private banking, wealth management, investments, business analysis, or related areas within an international banking environment is essential.

Strong analytical skills combined with effective communication abilities, both written and verbal, are required for liaising with all levels of management and stakeholders. Candidates should have expertise in business requirements documentation (BRS/BRDs), process modeling, stakeholder management, and reporting.

Understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to private banking and wealth management is critical. The ability to work independently with integrity, make informed decisions, and manage multiple initiatives will be highly valued.
