We are currently seeking a skilled Assistant Finance Manager to join a reputable organization based in Doha, Qatar. This role demands a finance professional with a solid background in accounting and finance, ideally with experience within the GCC region. The successful candidate will provide critical support in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to help drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Finance Manager will play an essential role in overseeing the financial operations of the company. Responsibilities include managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with audit requirements, and supporting ERP system implementation and maintenance. The individual will also be expected to contribute to budgeting exercises, financial analysis, and strategic planning to support the company’s growth and operational goals.

Required Skills and Experience

• Professional qualification is mandatory: CA or CA-Intermediate, backed by a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• A strong track record with at least 8 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working within the GCC, preferably in Qatar.
• Proficient in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies.
• Hands-on experience working with ERP systems, alongside a good understanding of audit and compliance procedures.
• Exposure to the manufacturing sector is considered an advantage.
• Excellent leadership qualities, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
