We are seeking a skilled Lead Architect Engineer to oversee architectural engineering services from design through project completion. The ideal candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality and timely execution of projects, while meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural engineering efforts, including structural load determination, material and equipment selection, beam sizing, interior services design, and fire protection systems.
• Support mechanical project development tasks such as technical writing, construction inspections, quality control, and reviewing submittals beyond conventional construction management expertise.
• Assist the Site Manager with managing quality, safety protocols, workforce scheduling, and personnel performance.
• Prepare and deliver project reports, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and specifications following Performance Work Statements (PWS).
• Conduct detailed engineering analyses, including load calculations and equipment sizing, to solve complex design and engineering challenges.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas in compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Ensure proper handling and safeguarding of contractor and government property.
• Comply with OSHA and USAF training requirements and perform accurate time reporting according to company policies.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned to meet contractual and mission-related needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to prepare detailed design drawings, statements of work, AF Form 66 submittal registers, and project cost estimates.
• Strong technical expertise combined with excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication abilities with proven client interaction and representation capability.
• Effective problem-solving and analytical skills to address engineering issues promptly.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in team settings while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
