Job Overview

Target Trading & Contracting in Qatar is seeking a skilled AutoCAD Draftsman with expertise in 2D and 3D drafting, including proficiency in SketchUp. This role focuses on producing precise shop drawings and technical plans related to fit-out, joinery, furniture, and woodworks, offering an excellent opportunity for professionals ready to join immediately and contribute to dynamic projects.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed technical and shop drawings, developing accurate 2D and 3D models based on site measurements, and coordinating closely with design, estimation, and production teams. You will also revise drawings according to site or client feedback and generate as-built drawings once projects are completed.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D drafting software along with SketchUp.
• Experience working on fit-out, joinery, furniture, or woodwork projects.
• Strong understanding of creating and interpreting shop drawings and technical detailing.
• Capability to prepare cutting lists and review architectural and MEP drawings effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Ideal candidates are those with proven experience in similar drafting roles within construction or interior fit-out fields, comfortable with site measurements and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams. Immediate availability will be highly regarded.
