Staunch Trading & Contracting is seeking a dedicated Marketing Professional with recruiting experience to join our team at a leading manpower company based in Wakra, Qatar. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth of a reputable HR consultancy and manpower services provider.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a vital role in marketing while supporting recruitment efforts. Responsibilities include promoting company services, engaging with potential clients and candidates, and assisting in the recruitment process within the manpower sector. Collaborating closely with the HR team, you will help strengthen the company’s market presence and support talent acquisition initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing with a focus on recruitment or HR consultancy preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Qatar ID (QID) and Qatar driving license are mandatory.
• Familiarity with the manpower industry or HR consultancy environment is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic team setting.
