Available Positions and Key Responsibilities
1. Office Admin Assistant
- Handle daily administrative tasks efficiently supporting office operations.
- Manage coordination and communication between departments.
- Prepare reports and maintain records using advanced Excel and other technology tools.
2. Business Analyst
- Develop insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI and .
- Conduct detailed data and financial analyses to support business decisions.
- Present findings and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance operational performance.
3. Cost Accountant
- Oversee accounts payable processes with accuracy and compliance.
- Apply cost accounting principles within a manufacturing setting.
- Maintain financial documentation and provide reports to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Office Admin Assistant: 1 to 2 years administrative experience, proficiency in advanced Excel, strong communication, coordination, and reporting abilities.
Business Analyst: 5 to 8 years experience with expertise in Power BI, , data and financial analysis, plus effective presentation skills.
Cost Accountant: 4 to 5 years experience, CMA certification mandatory, thorough knowledge of accounts payable processes, preferably with manufacturing industry experience.
