Key Responsibilities

The Welfare Officer will be responsible for managing employee welfare programs, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a positive work environment. This includes addressing employee concerns, coordinating welfare initiatives, and maintaining strong communication between staff and management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Valid Qatar ID
• 3 to 5 years of experience in welfare, HR, or employee relations
• Thorough knowledge of Qatar labor laws and welfare compliance standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic, approachable, and proactive workplace demeanor
• Valid driving license

Work Details

The position requires an 8-hour workday with a 2-year contract agreement. The role is based in Doha, Qatar. Financial assistance for air tickets (F.A.T) will be provided as part of the employment package.

Salary

The monthly salary ranges from 4000 to 5000 QAR, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
