Estithmar Holding is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Officer to join their team in Qatar. This role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle to ensure that the organization attracts and hires the best talent available. The ideal candidate will have a background in recruitment, preferably within the construction or engineering sectors, and be committed to delivering a seamless hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Officer will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and interviewing candidates, as well as coordinating with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Key duties include maintaining an updated talent pipeline using the ATS system, conducting initial HR interviews, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience from application through onboarding. Additionally, the role supports onboarding activities such as handling documentation, medical examinations, and employment contracts.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within construction or engineering industries
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and interview facilitation skills
• Ability to manage ATS databases and maintain organized candidate pipelines
• Effective communication skills to liaise between candidates and hiring teams
• Legal eligibility to work in Qatar
