Job Overview

Nair Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator to join their Qatar team. This role requires a seasoned professional skilled in managing and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement On-Premises environments. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in CRM architecture, deployment, and administration, combined with hands-on development expertise.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Dynamics CRM Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. This includes administration, security management, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless integration with other business applications. You will also handle customizations, plugin development, workflows, and solution deployments to improve system performance and user experience.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 6 years administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement On-Premises environments.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, deployment strategies, security protocols, and system troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in development with C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, Web APIs, SQL Server, and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Experience in creating and maintaining CRM customizations, plugins, workflows, and managing integrations.

Educational Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required to qualify for this role.
