Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and professional Receptionist cum Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support senior management, including the CEO, by managing front office operations and providing essential administrative assistance. The position offers a competitive salary range of QAR 4,000 to QAR 5,000.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will handle a variety of tasks including welcoming visitors and managing front desk activities to ensure a welcoming office environment. Additionally, you will professionally answer and direct incoming calls, manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting agendas will also be part of your duties, alongside maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive documents at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered. Proven experience as a receptionist, executive secretary, or in a similar administrative capacity is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to interact effectively within the organization and with external partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is expected, along with excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities. Candidates must hold legal eligibility to work in Qatar.
