Position: Production Coordinator (Admin Support)
Location: Qatar / On-site
Responsibilities:
· Handle administrative & office support tasks
· Prepare reports and track activities
· Manage data entry & documents
· Coordinate emails and follow-ups
· Schedule meetings
· Support procurement & finance with invoice tracking and contracts
Requirements:
· 3–5 years relevant experience
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Strong coordination & communication skills
· Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Qatar (transferable QID preferred)
