Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance System Administrator to join a reputable company located in Qatar. This role is a local hire opportunity with a contract duration of 17 months, starting immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to enhance maintenance operations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

The Maintenance System Administrator will oversee the administration of CMMS platforms, ensuring accurate work order processing, maintenance planning, scheduling, and KPI tracking. You will collaborate closely with maintenance teams to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and support overall asset management objectives.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in CMMS administration or maintenance planning
• Hands-on expertise with CMMS platforms and systems
• Strong understanding of work orders, maintenance scheduling, and KPI reporting methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, and data analysis
• Experience in the Oil & Gas or industrial sectors is highly preferred
• Familiarity with SAP PM, IBM Maximo, Oracle EAM, or Infor EAM systems is a considerable advantage
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Currently residing in Qatar and available to start immediately
