Job Overview

Mind Stream is currently seeking an experienced Head of Camp Administration to manage all aspects of camp operations, worker welfare, catering, and transportation for a large workforce in Qatar. This leadership role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in workforce services, overseeing accommodations and support for 3,000 to 5,000 employees within a major manpower solutions provider.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of camp facilities and services, ensuring smooth daily operations. Your duties will include:

• Supervising camp accommodation including occupancy management, allocation, check-in, and demobilisation processes
• Overseeing housekeeping, maintenance, sanitation, utilities, security measures, and waste management
• Leading worker welfare initiatives, grievance handling, and maintaining compliance with hygiene and food safety standards in catering services
• Managing transportation operations by coordinating routes, schedules, drivers, and monitoring fleet performance
• Controlling PPE distribution, stores management, vendor contracts, and ensuring all compliance requirements are met

Requirements

Applicants must possess extensive experience and skills relevant to managing large-scale camp operations and workforce services. Key qualifications include:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in camp administration, accommodation management, and workforce support services
• Demonstrated ability to manage large employee populations with diverse operational needs
• Expertise in worker welfare programs, catering operations, transportation logistics, and vendor management
• Strong understanding of compliance regulations, safety standards, hygiene protocols, and operational control measures
• Effective leadership capabilities with excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
