Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and friendly Female Receptionist to join our team at Pearl Qatar. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in managing the front desk, greeting visitors, and handling phone communications to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

The receptionist will be responsible for welcoming guests, directing them accordingly, managing phone calls, and supporting general administrative tasks. This includes maintaining an organized reception area, scheduling appointments, handling mail, and keeping visitor logs up to date.

  • Warmly greet and assist visitors with professionalism
  • Direct calls and visitors to the relevant departments or individuals
  • Answer incoming calls, screen, and forward messages accurately
  • Manage front desk appearance and keep it tidy
  • Handle mail deliveries and outgoing correspondence
  • Schedule meetings and manage room bookings efficiently
  • Maintain visitor records and issue badges when necessary
  • Provide basic information to clients and colleagues
  • Assist with administrative duties like filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in receptionist or customer service roles is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional demeanor with strong organizational abilities
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office, email, and scheduling software
  • Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure
