Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update comprehensive property and client databases
• Accurately record leasing and sales transactions
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness regularly
• Generate detailed reports and maintain essential documentation
• Collaborate with administrative and operational teams to enhance workflow

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Previous experience in real estate or property management is considered a plus
