Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Cost Controller and Administrative Assistant to join our team based in Birkat Al Awamer. This dual role provides an excellent chance to contribute to both financial management and daily administrative support within a dynamic and fast-moving workplace.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing cost control processes to ensure projects stay within budget while handling essential administrative duties to maintain smooth office operations. Tasks include preparing detailed financial reports, tracking project expenses, collaborating across departments for accurate cost monitoring, and managing documentation, scheduling, and internal communications efficiently.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in cost control combined with office administration
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and financial reporting tools
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Holding a valid Qatar ID (QID) along with a No Objection Certificate (NOC)
- Availability to start immediately is highly preferred
Work Schedule
The role offers flexible working hours aligned with operational needs, with shifts scheduled from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
